I would suggest looking into crossfit. The crossfit community has been known to take up causes, particularly of those that have taken up causes for others and/or faced a difficulty that would break most. It would be an understatement if I were to say the workouts are difficult. Crossfit posts workouts free online, but I would suggest finding a good crossfit gym and coach if you are unfamiliar with the program and the movements.If interested go to www (dot)crossfit(dot)com or google crossfit.Best of luck!
