It’s with a heavy and broken heart that I write this. Meghan passed away this morning, every bit as independent, feisty, and without pain.

Thank you all for your immense love, and support. We very much appreciate you.

So sorry to hear this news, I know she fought hard and was an inspiration to everyone. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Adam and both of their families.

When i read that you had died i was shocked and completely saddened. The world just lost an amazing person. But i would also like to say thankyou. Becasue of you i made my own "bucket list" and am now actively trying to cross things off. Its amazing the impact one person can make. And im talking about Megan, for someone who didnt even reach your 30s you have made a large impact on the world and the people you reached by telling your story. You were an inspiration for me and I will never forget you.

Although I only knew Meghan through her blog, she was an amazing person. Sometimes I think God takes the good ones early. To her family, Adam and the Warners - my sympathy goes out to you.

My deepest sympathy to all of Meghan's friends and family. I didn't know Meghan personally, but I felt like I did through her blog- which really touched me. What an amazing, inspirational person, full of hope and love.

I met Meaghan on a visa run in Japan and knew that we could be instant friends. Very soon after, I was shocked and saddened to hear that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer in Korea and had gone back home to Canada. Her blog has helped me understand not only her struggles but those of family members who also struggled with cancer. For this, and for having had a chance to know her at all, I will be forever grateful. She was a beautiful human being, and even from the short amount of time I spent with her I knew how much she loved you, Joanna, all her friends and family. My heart goes out to you and your families.
